Dana Carrigan
MACP, Registered Provisional Psychologist
Dana is a trauma-informed therapist with over 13 years experience supporting men and couples through a wide range of challenges. He offers a steady, grounded presence and creates a space where clients can speak openly, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change.

Areas of Focus/Specialties
He works primarily with men (12+) navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, social anxiety, relationship struggles, compulsive sexual behaviours, and chronic pain.
Dana also specializes in working with couples using the Gottman Method. He helps partners break out of negative cycles, improve communication, rebuild trust, reconnect emotionally, and work through infidelity.
His approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, which means exploring the root cause of behaviours so they can be prevented from reoccurring. It also means he pays close attention to what is happening in the relationship he has with his clients to help inform their treatment. He also integrates practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and mindfulness to support lasting growth.
