Consultation Request

We operate on a selective intake model.

Our Model

Before requesting a consultation, please note:

• We maintain limited caseloads

• Intake opens and closes based on capacity

• We do not maintain a waitlist

• Sessions are pre-charged 24 hours in advance

• 24-hour cancellation policy applies

Our practice is designed for individuals seeking consistent, focused psychological work within a regulated and professional environment.

We are not structured for urgent or crisis-based care.

Consultation Process

Step 1

Submit the consultation request form below.

Step 2

We review alignment based on therapist specialization and availability.

Step 3

If appropriate, you will receive an invitation to schedule a consultation.

If capacity is currently full, you will be informed. Intake will reopen as availability shifts.

Consultation Format

Consultations are:

• Brief and structured

• Focused on assessing fit

• Not a full therapy session

The purpose is to ensure alignment before ongoing work begins.

Who We Work Best With

Our therapists tend to work best with individuals who:

• Value discretion

• Respect professional boundaries

• Are prepared for structured, ongoing work

• Prefer intentional environments over high-traffic clinics

If this aligns with you, we invite you to submit a consultation request.
